I've been growing my hair out for years and maintaining it all the time is such a hassle. I've struggles with breakage and interconnected knots taking hours to detailed by hand without just cutting the hair instead. And after a couple weeks with the cap im to make sure my hair is good, throw this on, and never have to worry. It's too soon to tell but I think I'm gonna a lot of growth just be wearing this regularly.
